Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights, met with Major General Refaat El-Derghamy, First Assistant Minister of Interior in Gharbia Governorate, in the presence of Media Advisor Mohamed El-Ashqar, Director of the organization’s branch in Gharbia Governorate, on the sidelines of the International Peace Conference.
