Under the auspices of Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the World Conscience Organization for Human Rights, Engineer Hamada Abdel Halim, Director of the Organization’s branch in Assiut Governorate, visited Dayrut General Hospital to identify the reasons for the shortage of various types and quantities of medicines, especially insulin. Necessary measures were taken to address this crisis to preserve the health of patients and ensure they receive comprehensive medical services and treatment. The meeting was held with Dr. Ramadan, Director of the Hospital, and Dr. Nadia Ali, Deputy Director of the Hospital, who emphasized their commitment to demanding an increase in the quantities and types of medicines, especially insulin, to ensure they are provided to those who deserve them. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ruqayya Fakhry Ramadan, Professor Ahmed Hood Helmy, Professor Mustafa Hood Helmy, Professor Wahid Foly, Professor Asaad Sameh, Professor Ayman Nasser Jaber, and Professor Nadi Henry.
