Under the patronage of Dr. Mina Yohana, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights Worldwide, Ambassador Dr. Houria Suhili, Director of the Organization’s branch in Spain, held a significant meeting with Mr. Perelló Andrés, Director of Casa Mediterráneo, to discuss a strategic Spanish-Algerian project aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries in humanitarian, social, and cultural fields.
The meeting focused on the project’s strategic dimensions and implementation mechanisms, and explored ways for joint collaboration between the Organization’s branch and Casa Mediterráneo to ensure the success of shared humanitarian and cultural initiatives between Spain and Algeria, while strengthening communication and mutual understanding among local communities in both countries.
During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Houria Suhili emphasized the importance of this project in promoting humanitarian values and international cooperation, noting that the Spain branch of the Global Conscience Organization is committed to actively contributing to the success of all initiatives serving human rights and humanitarian causes in the region.

برعاية الدكتور مينا يوحنا، رئيس منظمة الضمير العالمي لحقوق الإنسان بالعالم، عقدت السفيرة الدكتورة حورية سهِيلي – مدير فرع المنظمة بمملكة إسبانيا – اجتماعًا هامًا مع السيد بيريو أندريس، مدير دار البحر الأبيض المتوسط، لمناقشة مشروع استراتيجي إسباني-جزائري يهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون بين البلدين في المجالات الإنسانية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
وتناول الاجتماع أبعاد المشروع الاستراتيجي وآليات تنفيذه، كما تم بحث سبل التعاون المشترك بين فرع المنظمة ودار البحر الأبيض المتوسط لضمان نجاح المبادرات الإنسانية والثقافية المشتركة بين إسبانيا والجزائر، وتعزيز أطر التواصل والتفاهم بين المجتمعات المحلية في كلا البلدين.
وأكدت السفيرة الدكتورة حورية سهِيلي خلال الاجتماع على أهمية هذا المشروع في تعزيز القيم الإنسانية والتعاون الدولي، مشيرة إلى أن فرع الضمير العالمي بإسبانيا ملتزم بالمساهمة الفعالة في إنجاح كل مبادرة تخدم القضايا الإنسانية وحقوق الإنسان في المنطقة.
