Under the patronage of Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights Worldwide, Engineer Hamada Abdel Halim, Director of the organization’s branch in Assiut Governorate, presented the Excellence Shield to the director of Dayrut Central Hospital. The event was attended by a number of deputies, heads, and coordinators of the branch’s committees.
