Under the patronage of Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights, Counselor Mohamed Al-Ashqar, Director of the organization’s branch in Gharbia Governorate, presented the Shield of Peace to Professor Dr. Magdy El-Hafnawy, former President of the Gharbia Doctors Syndicate and a national icon of Gharbia Governorate. The presentation took place at the Tanta Museum on the sidelines of the celebration of International Museum Day. The event was attended by Dr. Emad Badir, Director of the Museum, Professor Ahmed El-Sharkawy, Chairman of the October Egypt Party, and a large number of public figures and community leaders in Gharbia.
