Under the esteemed patronage of Dr. Mina Yohana, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights, and within the organization’s ongoing efforts to honor distinguished national figures who embody the spirit of conscience and responsibility, Mr. Mostafa Abu El-Regal, General Coordinator of the Supreme Committee for Human Rights in Minya Governorate, honored Dr. Heba Sayed Youssef, Deputy Head of Abu Qirqas City Council, Minya Governorate.
