Under the directives of Dr. Mina Yohana, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights Worldwide, and as part of the organization’s commitment to supporting community engagement and overseeing national processes, Engineer Hamada Abdelhalim Hamada, Director of the Organization’s branch in Assiut, in coordination with Dr. Osama Anwar, First Deputy Director, and Mr. Ahmed Hood and Mr. Mohamed Matarawy, Deputy Directors, instructed committee heads and coordinators to monitor the electoral process across several centers in the governorate, particularly in North Assiut (Deirout – Qusiya – Manfalout). The organization emphasized that this initiative is part of its ongoing role in promoting transparency, supporting positive citizen participation, and ensuring that all electoral procedures adhere to human rights standards that safeguard election integrity and respect voters’ rights. Dr. Mina Yohana highlighted that field monitoring teams will observe the election process and maintain continuous coordination with relevant authorities to ensure a smooth and fair voting experience for citizens, implementing the organization’s directives to uphold democratic principles and raise civic awareness across all governorates. Our dedication to transparency and democracy underpins all of our activities in Assiut Governorate." منظمة الضمير العالمي تتابع الانتخابات في أسيوط لتعزيز الشفافية والمشاركة الوطنية في إطار توجيهات الدكتور مينا يوحنا، رئيس منظمة الضمير العالمي لحقوق الإنسان بالعالم، وحرص المنظمة على دعم المشاركة المجتمعية ومتابعة الاستحقاقات الوطنية، قام المهندس حمادة عبدالحليم حمادة، مدير فرع المنظمة بمحافظة أسيوط، بالتنسيق مع الدكتور أسامة أنور، النائب الأول لمدير الفرع، والأستاذ أحمد هود، والأستاذ محمد المطراوي، نواب مدير الفرع، بتوجيه رؤساء ومنسقي اللجان المختصة لمتابعة سير العملية الانتخابية بعدد من مراكز المحافظة، لا سيما دائرة شمال أسيوط (ديروط – القوصية – منفلوط). وأكدت المنظمة أن هذا التحرك يأتي في إطار الدور المستمر للضمير العالمي في تعزيز الشفافية ودعم المشاركة الإيجابية للمواطنين، وضمان تطبيق الإجراءات وفق معايير حقوق الإنسان التي تكفل نزاهة العملية الانتخابية واحترام إرادة الناخبين. وأشار الدكتور مينا يوحنا إلى أن فرق المتابعة الميدانية ستقوم برصد سير الانتخابات والتواصل المستمر مع الجهات المعنية لضمان توفير الأجواء الملائمة للمواطنين، تنفيذًا لتوجيهات المنظمة لترسيخ مبادئ الديمقراطية وتعزيز الوعي الوطني في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية. وفي تصريح رسمي، قال الدكتور مينا يوحنا: "نحرص على متابعة العملية الانتخابية لضمان نزاهتها وتشجيع المواطنين على المشاركة الفعّالة في استحقاقاتهم الوطنية. التزامنا بالشفافية والديمقراطية هو الأساس في كل أنشطتنا بمحافظة أسيوط."
