Under the patronage of Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the Global Conscience Human Rights Organization, the organization’s team in Cairo Governorate presented a commemorative shield from the organization to Major General Abdel-Nasser Hamed, Member of Parliament and First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, in appreciation of his humanitarian role and his work serving the people of Helwan.
