About the organization

The United Nations-affiliated Global Conscience for Human Rights is an international organization established in 2009. It currently has three million members worldwide and branches in 121 countries, in addition to 27 branches in Egypt. The Global Conscience for Human Rights is guided in its mission and work by the goals and purposes contained in the International Covenant on Human Rights.

Dr. Mina Youhanna, President of the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights, said:
In recent times, there has been a proliferation of names claiming to be related to human rights. They have abused this noble goal to achieve their personal goals and committed unlawful acts that constitute a violation of international standards. Therefore, we must establish controls to clarify the role of members in general and their responsibility towards the state under international law, as stipulated in Article 33. 1- Establish and define the organizational work mechanism for the organization's president, branch directors, heads, coordinators, and members of specialized committees, as well as the duties and powers of each of them, in accordance with Article 12. 2- Establish controls and standards for the organization's work, and methods for acquiring and revoking membership. 3- Rights and duties of each member - How to obtain membership - Committees and their basic duties - Annual reports on the role of each member. A- A member has the right to nominate or be nominated by members for promotion.

B- Every member has the right to participate in the organization's programs and activities according to the stipulated geographical distribution.

C- A member or coordinator does not have the right to vote in the election of the branch director. Only committee heads have the right. D- Mr. The branch manager freezes membership based on the request of the committee heads to freeze membership due to the member or coordinator violating the principles and goals of the organization, violating the internal regulations, exploiting his position, abusing or objecting to management decisions, or belonging to fictitious entities or against the state. The member is suspended and not allowed to participate and an official letter signed by the director and heads of the committees is submitted, explaining the reasons for requesting the freeze of membership. The member has the right to respond to everything directed to him within one month from the date. The head of the organization has the right to freeze or cancel membership and appoint heads and coordinators without referring to the organization’s representative.

The Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights is internationally registered and operates in accordance with international human rights law and under the umbrella of the United Nations, with registration number (820643) and in accordance with the license issued to it from Sydney, Australia, number (6150953 INC) for the year 2009 and its accreditation from the Committee on International Organizations at the United Nations, number 120 21269 for the year 2015. It was also accredited by the European Union in 2017 after being praised as the best human rights organization in the Middle East, with registration number 718459440835-66 for the year 2017 and its international accreditation from the International Peace Institute in 2018 based on its actual presence and work to spread the concept of peace in the world without any discrimination based on color, gender, race, religion or political opinion. The Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights is a charitable, humanitarian, human rights organization that does not aim to profit and does not accept any support or donations. It works through its members everywhere through self-reliance due to their belief in its humanitarian goals and its recognition of dignity. The inherent rights of all its members and their inalienable equal rights are the foundations of freedom, justice, and peace in the world.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mina Youhanna, the organization's president, the Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights constantly strives to consolidate respect for human rights and disseminate the correct understanding of the meaning of freedoms through intellectual awareness and adherence to the laws of the countries in which it operates. One of the most important principles of the Global Conscience Organization is its belief in respecting non-interference in the internal affairs of countries. The Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights also refuses to submit any reports on the human rights situation in the countries in which it operates, as it respects the laws governing each country. It supports all institutions to improve work efficiency and enhance their capabilities through motivation and praise. The Global Conscience Organization for Human Rights also seeks to spread peace, work on ways to coexist peacefully among people, exchange cultures, and open up opportunities for youth to participate in the community for the sake of humanity. It also organizes international conferences and submits recommendations to governments and heads of popular and parliamentary councils to guide them when drafting laws regulating human life. The organization also accepts representation from persecuted and assaulted individuals, acting as their advocate and filing lawsuits against those who assaulted them. Or a group or government, and everyone who works in the organization as a member, coordinator, general coordinator, head of a committee, director, representative of a branch or country, or its head is a volunteer without pay.
